To start off our news this week UGC would like to extend a huge welcome to our newest staff member Ultros! Remember, UGC is still looking for more people to fill staff positions from all across the globe during our international expansion! If this is something you might be interested in do not hesitate to apply.­

With the welcome of a new staff member we also, unfortunately, bring a close to our regular match schedule for the test season. This means that starting with this weeks match the top four­teams in each division will be competeing in the playoffs! This does mean that if your team did not make the top four spot in your division that you will not be competing for the remainder of the season. However, UGC would like to thank all teams for participating in the league and we encourage all participants to tune into the casts that will be held during playoffs to find out which teams rank supreme this season!­

Here are some friendly reminders for playoffs and the coming season:

• Rosters will lock tonight at midnight.
• Since this is playoffs teams will not be participating in a BO2 series this week. Instead all games will be a BO3 series.
• For the final match up next week the game played between the top two teams in each division will be a BO5 series finale.
• Sign ups for the Fall season are open to the public on August 3rd.
