After a short break last week due to our website maintenance UGC is back and stronger than ever with the week eight schedule posted and ready for teams to get back in the ring! Please be sure to post in your teams match communications as soon as possible to determine the best time for both you and your opponent. As with the other weeks if an agreement cannot be made then the default match time must be honored. 

Here are some other notes for the week:

• Under no circumstance may a standin be used. Every player in an official UGC match must be on the roster with updated MMR to compete.
• Under no circumstance may a non UGC certified caster be in the broadcasting slot during an official match. 
• If a match gets admin approval to extend their deadline then the match either needs to be played or remains unplayed. A forfeit may not be claimed. 
• If you wish to submit a match dispute it must be within the given 48 hour window from match time. If it is not then your team is acknowledging that no issues were present within the match.
• In order to get your game on the in-game ticket you are to join the IRC Chat Support (#ugc-dota2) and request it. If an admin is available at that time they will join your lobby and put it on the ticket. Please make sure you have all 10 members in the lobby and ready before the admin joins.
