After a short break to allow time for The International to take place, UGC is back in full swing and our Season 5 New Team Sign - Ups are now open to the public! If you were interested in signing up for our DOTA 2 season now is your chance. Sign - Ups will remain open until the eve of Monday, September 28th. Please note that if you wait until the last second to sign up for this season you will miss your chance to participate in the pre-season week. Our pre-season week will be scheduled on Wednesday, September 23rd with a default match time of Sunday, September 27th at 7 PM. The pre-season week does not count toward your overall Win/Loss rate for the season, but it is highly recommended for those that have not participated in the league before to get used to our set up as it may differ from others that your team has participated in. More information regarding league rules and setup will be sent out to teams as we get closer to the season. For now, we suggest you familiarize yourself with our rules and regulations on your own. They may be found on our website under the DOTA 2 section.

If you have just created a new team please allow up to 72 hours for it to be accepted. Our staff our all volunteer and do have daily lives to tend to. We will approve it as soon as we get a chance, just be patient with us.

In order to participate in UGC DOTA 2 you must have either a solo or a party MMR. This MMR must be up to date and fully recorded by the start of the new season in order for your team to be considered "Ready" to be scheduled. 

Each division will be assigned a division admin. This admin will add you on Steam and be your go to for any questions you may have this season. If all else fails you may connect to our MIRC channel and look for support or e-mail us directly at dota2 @ ugcleague . com (no spaces).
