Over the next week I will be changing over our 7vs7 website to a seasonal formatted tournament. In a sense we are going back to our roots, UGC was originally setup as a seasonal league. The seasonal format has some benifits for us as a league, and it will make player and team commitments more managable. If teams and players are willing to commit to 8 weeks of play at a time, we have a succesful seasonal format, that will depend as much on you as it does on the league. For those who want to continue 7vs7 play each week, our tournament format should work well. You will be able to commit to matches every week, with minimal downtime between seasons.
Be patient with the changes, and post your ideas for the tourney setup.
We had a great run as a 7vs7 weekly title league and thank you to all the teams that participated. The rankings for every 'season' in 7vs7 will still be available after our changeover.
Check back in a few days, and we should have some news on our new setup
