We have a few updates to catch up on in both of our TFC Leagues.
1. New TFC server configs - the v.2.16.09 config is available on our Files page. Specific changes are made in server rates to make for smoother gameplay. Other correctiions include variables for etana, server downloading and the log command. Both 5vs5 and 7vs7 use the same server commands in each config and they are considered interchangeable. Please replace your server configs.
2. Rule Additions
A. Clan Captain Personal demo exchanges - After the conclusion of a match, clan leaders may request the personal demo from (1)one player on the opposing team as part of a leader to leader exchange. The purpose of this exchange is to reduce leaders concerns about a players match play, and clan leaders are asked to use it responsibly. Clan leaders and players are asked to remain contactable for 30 mins after a match, during which time this exchange should occur. However if a requested demo is not made available after 24 hours, clan leaders should notify an admin.
B. Timed Bans - Our ban policy has been amended so that all cheat related bans are one year timed bans followed by a 6 month period of automatic probation during which time the player's return to play is conditional. As part of this new policy we are allowing our old banlisted players to be given the same automatic probation, since all of our bans are older than one year (most are many years old) This applys to all such players as does the 6 month conditional period.
Please be considerate with your opponents at match time and play with good sportsmanship at all times.
