Well….The Wait is Over!
All eligible players from May 2021 to the most recent UGC season should be receiving their medals!
I would like to thank all of the players for their patience. I know medals have been promised for a long time, and there were many issues behind the scenes that made it quite difficult. But our staff have spent hundreds of volunteer hours to collect data, validate information, build new tools, coordinate with Valve (big shoutout to them as well!), and much, much more. Thank you to all of the UGC staff members who went far beyond the call of duty to assist in this project. If there are any issues with the medals, please message your Division Admin.
What’s Next for UGC?
UGC will continue in the future, but operations are not resuming yet. We are currently discussing with staff and the community to determine the best path forward and ensure we can continue to provide a fun, high-quality experience. More updates will follow as decisions are made.
