The normal season is over! Congratulations to all of our teams that finished an entire normal season with us. Teams that ended the season at the top of their divisions are continuing to our playoff series, where teams that lose will be eliminated from the next weeks' play. The first week's map is koth_ashville, one of our more popular KOTH maps.
The winning team is the first to reach 4 TOTAL capture points. The match is played in two match-rounds. The first round plays until a team reaches 3 capture points. The second round is played until a team reaches 4 TOTAL cap points(including caps from first match-round).
Overtime: If teams are tied (for example, 3-0, 0-3) after 2 rounds, play a 3rd round where the first cap wins.
RECORD POV DEMOS - It's playoffs, you better be recording POV demos by now, chances are you will get asked for a copy of YOUR demo....
MAP Note: DON'T build in spawns on this map, ok? No building means no building... It shouldn't be hard to understand this rule :)
Remember that rosters are now locked for playoffs, so admins won't be able to help you add or remove anyone from your roster.
Make sure that your teammates are recording POV demos and that your server is running STV. Don't be alarmed if your playoff-bound team is contacted in the near future regarding the collection of STV demos, since we're just randomly doing spot checks to make sure that everyone's doing what they're supposed to.
