My fellow combatants,

It has been brought to the UGC Staff's attention that there is a vulnerability among some of the allowed weapons which cancels or reduces reloading time (showcased here). Using any method to achieve this glitch within a UGC Match is illegal. Please take care in making sure that any glitch is not used or taken advantage of in any UGC Match. 

Q: "But Cold, what should I do if I suspect the other team is using this glitch?"

That is a great question. If you suspect beyond a reasonable doubt that the other team is using a glitch (etc), please sign-in on our website through the "Sign in through STEAM" button and submit an email to the admins with detailed information. Your dispute will then be put in a queue for us to review. Please see the "disputes" section on our HL rules page for full detailed information.

Q: "What should I do if a team files a dispute against my team?

Also a great question! Before you start setting aside money for a Team Lawyer, make sure all 9 players on your team are recording a POV demo by the time both teams "Ready Up". If you are playing the match on your server, be sure to follow this week's steps from my news post in executing the proper configs, reloading the map, and to re-exec the configs again - so that there is a Source TV demo and a raw log file being recorded.
